Production program of the ENETEX TECHNOLOGY company covers production and installation of robotic applications (robotic units, robotic stations), design and production of welding and handling fixtures (mechanic, pneumatic), accessories (welding wire inspection, cleaning of welding torch). It offers standardized stations, or the stations can be designed directly according to the client’s requirements.
Robotic stations for smaller products
Standard robotic welding station is suitable for smaller products. Acc. to type of the products, the fixture may be located on table, resp. it may be turned during production process. Turing of table with fixtures may be ensured mechanically, pneumatically or electrically.
Accessories
Each station may be fitted with welding torch cleaning unit with spraying of separation liquid, welding wire cutting and/or welding wire inspection unit.

Vertically turning robotic station with horizontally turning tables
Simple, powerful station with two turning tables and one centrally located welding robot. The working tables are positioned on swivel frame manually (RMT) or electrically (RET). The welding robot is fixed on firm console centrally in the machine. The cleaning unit is fixed to arm by means of the firm console. Protection sheet screens form non-transparent radiation barrier. The station safety complies with applicable standards.
